Who we are
Founded in 2022, we are a limited company based in Madrid (Spain) and we provide engineering services in the oil & gas and chemical business for small and medium sized projects. We are focused on the energy transition sector in order to meet the environmental challenges which are ahead of us, while we are aware that primary energy sources as used today will still be required in the next years.
Our vision
We understand that most learning is experiential. After 15 years of international experience in big engineering firms we have identified a number of common problems which occur during the course of projects on a regular basis. These issues mainly refer to lack of communication, lack of capability to anticipate problems and failure to comply with planned schedule or budget. These facts will normally lead to mediocre results and employees losing motivation. That is why in JM Enginia S.L. we strongly believe in the necessity of targeting realistic deadlines, and a good ability to anticipate needs or potential problems, as the necessary key elements that must be present in any project which aims success. We can provide integrated teams, with relationships already built, in order to ensure good communication and efficiency since the very first day of work.
Also, we believe in two basic concepts which unfortunately are less and less used in our days. These are:
- The value of simplicity
We have seen that organizations very often have a tendency to overcomplicate things, and this can result in adverse effects because the reality is that, very often, simpler works better.
- The value of intuition
In decisive moments it may be the crucial ability required in an engineer to reach a good outcome.
In the current environment of climate concern, engineering is an exciting place to work. Our goal is to help improving the quality of the world where we live, and this inspiring idea is what motivates us. To make things better in a better way.
To encourage entrepreneurial spirit
JM Enginia S.L. has also an educational intention for the students and younger generations: to encourage entrepreneurial spirit. For us, there is no doubt that being part of your own business fosters motivation, productivity and engagement at work. And this attitude is what is needed for cultivating a culture of continuous challenge and growth in our society. For this reason, we can provide sponsorships for start-up companies and help in their creation.
How we work
Flexibility is one of our assets, we adapt to the client necessities at all times. Our preference is to work at client office, but it is also possible in remote connection. JM Enginia S.L. will normally provide the resources that the project requires. Then, candidate profiles for key roles will be reviewed and approved by client.
